Overview
Every item we carry is custom-made once you order and pay for it.
Therefore, we can only offer a replacement of the same item if your purchase is defective or damaged. To be eligible, we must receive notification from you within 15 days from your order date.
NOTE: Digital download sales are final. There will be no refund or replacement for digital downloads.
Refunds
Since these are custom items, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, provide a brand-new replacement.
Once we receive your return or have photos of a damaged item, we will email you to notify you of the status.
If you are approved, we will order a new item and advise you of that status.
Exchanges
We only replace items with the same item if they are defective or damaged. If this happens, email us at info@survivingsalvation.com, and we will advise you as to what to do with the item.
Please note that an exchange is not offered in these cases:
- Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by you.
- Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead or changed your mind.
- Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″)
- A faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
Lost Packages
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.
If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arrival in the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office, and the recipient has to collect it from there.
We will not replace items that have been stolen off your porch.
Shipping Returns
If you are instructed to return your product, we will email you delivery instructions.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
